FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions We Get a Lot

Mailboxes, printing, notary, shipping, and the practical stuff. If your question isn't here, call 512.980.0444 — a person will answer.

Mailbox Rental

You get a real street address — 2082 HWY 183, Ste 170, plus your own number — instead of an address that starts with "PO Box." That means UPS, FedEx, and DHL will deliver to it, and you can use it on a business license, website, or bank account.

Two forms of ID. One must be a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID). The second can be a voter registration card, vehicle registration, lease, or a recent utility bill.

Yes. It's the federal form that authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf, and it has to be notarized. We have a notary on site, so we handle it while you're here at no extra charge.

Yes. Additional names can be added — each additional person needs their own ID and needs to be listed on the Form 1583.

We hold it behind the counter and text you. Oversized packages are stored securely and there's no extra charge for normal hold times.

Yes. We can forward on a schedule or on request. You cover the postage at cost; ask us about the handling fee.

Give us notice before your term renews and we'll close the box out. We'll also tell you how to file a change of address so nothing gets lost.

Yes, through iPostal1. You get the same real street address, plus envelope scans in an app, open-and-scan on request, and on-demand forwarding. It's the right fit if you're remote or travel constantly.

Printing & Design

No. We'll print 25 flyers or 5,000 postcards. Short runs are genuinely welcome — a lot of our customers are one-person businesses.

Most jobs are ready in one to three business days. Rush turnaround is often possible — tell us your deadline when you request your quote and we'll tell you straight whether we can hit it.

A print-ready PDF is ideal. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, INDD, JPG, PNG, and TIFF. See the file guidelines on our Printing & Design page for resolution, color mode, and bleed specifics.

Yes. Bring a rough idea, a photo on your phone, or nothing at all. We'll lay it out, send you a proof, and only print once you approve it.

Always. Nothing goes to press without your approval.

Yes. We handle direct mail end to end — printing, addressing, sorting, and dropping it with USPS.

Both. Vinyl banners with hemmed edges and grommets, and corrugated plastic yard signs with H-stakes. Indoor and outdoor rated.

Yes, all major cards, plus cash. For larger jobs we may ask for a deposit up front.

Notary

No. Walk in during business hours. Booking a time online just guarantees someone's ready when you arrive — useful if you're on a tight schedule or bringing multiple signers.

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and your document, complete but unsigned. Every person signing needs to be present with their own ID.

No. Texas notaries are prohibited from giving legal advice or helping you choose or prepare a document. Once you know what you need, we'll notarize it.

Often, yes — it depends on staffing that day. Call 512.980.0444 ahead if your document requires witnesses so we can plan for it.

Not currently. All notarizations are performed in person at our Leander location.

Texas sets a maximum fee per notarial act. Ask us for current pricing. Notarizing USPS Form 1583 is free for our mailbox holders.

Packing & Shipping

USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We'll compare rates and transit times across all four so you're not guessing.

That's one of the things we do best. Bring it in loose and we'll box it, cushion it, and seal it to carrier standard — which matters a lot if you ever need to file a damage claim.

Yes, on site. If your item is oversized or an odd shape, we build a box to fit rather than forcing it into something close enough.

Yes — Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and USPS returns. If you only have a QR code, we'll print the label for you.

Yes, through all four carriers. We'll help you fill out the customs forms correctly, which is where most international shipments get delayed.

We do — boxes, tape, bubble, mailers, and tubes, if you'd rather pack it yourself.
