Before You Come In
- Skip the uniform and the white shirt. Everyday clothing works best, and white blends into the background.
- Glasses come off. U.S. passport photos have not allowed eyeglasses since 2016.
- No hats or head coverings, unless worn daily for religious reasons — bring a signed statement if so.
- Neutral expression, eyes open, mouth closed. A slight natural smile is fine; a big grin is not.
- Babies and kids are welcome. We're patient, and we'll take as many shots as it takes.
