SERVICES

Documents We Notarize

Our commissioned Texas notaries handle the everyday documents that need a seal — and a few that don't come up often.

Affidavits & Sworn Statements

Statements of fact, small estate affidavits, and any document requiring a sworn oath before a notary.

Powers of Attorney

Durable, medical, and limited powers of attorney for financial, healthcare, and property matters.

Deeds & Property Documents

Warranty deeds, quitclaim deeds, and transfer paperwork requiring an acknowledgment.

Parental & Travel Consent

Minor travel consent letters and parental authorization forms, often needed for international trips.

USPS Form 1583

Required to open a private mailbox. Free notarization for Liberty Mail Center mailbox holders.

Certified Copies & Acknowledgments

Copy certifications, jurats, and standard acknowledgments for business and personal paperwork.

Texas notaries cannot give legal advice or tell you which document to sign. We can notarize it once you know what you need.

What to Bring

  • A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID.
  • Your document, complete but unsigned. Sign it in front of the notary, not before.
  • Any additional signers, each with their own photo ID. Everyone signing must be present.
  • A witness or two, if your document requires them. We can often provide witnesses — call ahead to confirm availability.
  • Payment. We accept cash and all major cards.

Walk In or Book Ahead — Both Work
