What to Bring
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID.
- Your document, complete but unsigned. Sign it in front of the notary, not before.
- Any additional signers, each with their own photo ID. Everyone signing must be present.
- A witness or two, if your document requires them. We can often provide witnesses — call ahead to confirm availability.
- Payment. We accept cash and all major cards.
Texas sets the maximum notary fee per notarial act. Ask us for current pricing — and it's free for mailbox holders on USPS Form 1583.
